With Oliver Glasner’s arrival at Crystal Palace, Jean-Philippe Mateta has been a revelation; now, his form has come to light.

At Selhurst Park, confidence is at an all-time high as Crystal Palace is now enjoying a three-game winning streak.

In less than ten games, Oliver Glasner has turned the team around, and Jean-Philippe Mateta, a terrific Frenchman, has been the main beneficiary.

Since Glasner arrived, Mateta has scored eight goals in nine games, making him the team’s most valuable player by far. His teammates are beginning to have more faith in him.

But under Glasner, not only have his goals increased dramatically, but his whole game has also changed. The CEO has now revealed what Mateta has been doing to get better.

Jarryd Glasner made the revelation during his news conference ahead of Saturday’s match against Fulham.

Journalist Andrew McSteen reported that Mateta has recently demonstrated to trainers how eager he is to impress.

Glasner commended his striker’s “intrinsic motivation.” “He is messaging staff members saying, ‘I would like to do this before training,'” he continued.

At last, the Austrian manager clarified that Mateta is benefiting from his high labour output.

“Rewards come from significant investment, and JP is reaping the benefits.”

Whatever Mateta is doing is obviously working.

Mateta had not exactly won over supporters since joining Palace, scoring just eight goals in the Premier League in 58 games during his first three seasons.

Since Glasner joined the team, he has scored the same amount of goals in nine games, shattering records, demonstrating his significant progress.

From a player who was sure to leave the team to one of the team’s icons, with the entire stadium singing Venga Boys whenever he scored.

The 26-year-old has had an amazing season, and he has now assured himself a place in the starting lineup for the following one.
