Marc Sneyd statement after pint seemingly thrown at him by Hull KR supporters

Super League star loves child's play at Waterhead ARLFC - Saddleworth Independent

Salford Red Devils defeated Hull KR 17–10 to draw even with them in the Super League standings following a master lesson by Marc Sneyd.

Before the Robins attempted to rally in the second half, the Red Devils got the better of the first half, taking a 12-0 advantage at the intermission.

Two yellow cards were given in the match: Deon Cross was sent off for a professional foul, and Peta Hiku was sent off for disobedience.

After losing their first game to Leeds Rhinos, the Salford Red Devils have already won two straight after defeating the Castleford Tigers last week.

Hull KR, on the other hand, defeated rivals Hull FC 22-0 in Round One before overcoming the Rhinos last week. However, they would lose to Salford, joining Catalans Dragons, who also lost to Leeds on Saturday, ending their 100% record.

At the beginning of the season, only Wigan Warriors and St Helens are still undefeated.

Fans of Hull KR appear to have thrown a pint at Marc Sneyd.

Marc Sneyd was deservedly voted Man of the Match following the match because his kicking style against Hull KR proved to be the difference.

“Last week we were very 50/50 in the way that we played against Castleford but got the win,” Sneyd stated in an interview with Sky Sports. We were genuinely eager to build on that victory.

But as he was being interviewed in front of Hull KR supporters, Sneyd appeared to be getting fluid thrown at him on the video.

“I just had a pint thrown at me,” he replied. Isn’t that a great thing? It’s normal. They’re OK, so leave them to it.

“It was one of those games,” he would explain as he resumed the conversation in a professional manner. This is the ideal environment for a player like myself. It really does make kicking a ball much simpler. All you have to do is guide the ship, offer them the best guidance you can, and ensure that the completion meets your desired standards.

Any team finds it extremely challenging to spread the ball in these kinds of circumstances. So, the winner is the one who can kick more and is prepared to put in a lot of effort. We accept the two points with pleasure, and it appears that we are headed in the right path.
