Over the past few weeks, circumstances have unfolded that not only demand accountability but also transparency. I firmly believe that leadership is not only about holding others to high standards—it is also about holding oneself to those same standards. With that principle in mind, I have chosen to take full responsibility and remove myself from this position so that the organization, and the people within it, may move forward without distraction.

It is important to me that the truth is not buried and that the concerns raised are addressed thoroughly and respectfully. While I will not go into the details publicly at this time, I support a complete and fair review of the events that have transpired. I urge everyone involved to approach this situation with integrity and empathy.

I want to thank the many people I’ve worked alongside—your passion, drive, and commitment have been the highlight of my tenure. Despite the current challenges, I remain hopeful about the future of this organization and confident in its ability to heal, rebuild, and rise stronger.
