At the 2024 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony, Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith and Tool frontman Maynard James Keenan will both perform in an Ozzy Osbourne homage. Along with Ozzy guitarist Zakk Wylde and vocalist of Black Label Society, Wolfgang Van Halen, Jelly Roll, Metallica bassist Robert Trujillo, producer Andrew Watt, Billy Idol, and Steve Stevens will also be performing. There will also be an appearance by Jack Black. The Rock Hall says, “It’s not a Shot in the Dark to say that this tribute is about to be legendary.” Meanwhile, it has not been revealed whether or not Ozzy himself will perform.
