Kevin Magnussen will miss the Azerbaijan Grand Prix due to exceeding the maximum penalty points on his license. His recent 10-second penalty and two points for a collision with Pierre Gasly at the Italian Grand Prix pushed him to a total of 12 points, resulting in an automatic race ban. Haas has not yet confirmed his replacement for the Baku race, but options include Oliver Bearman, signed for 2025, and reserve driver Pietro Fittipaldi.
