In the second round of the 2023 NFL Draft, the Titans picked Will Levis with the 33rd overall pick. The 229-pound, 6-foot-4-inch quarterback is a strong-armed leader who also has exceptional pocket presence and running determination. Midway through the 2023 season, Levis, a rookie, assumed the starting quarterback role. He started 9 games, threw for 1,808 yards and 8 touchdowns, and had an 84.2 passer rating. Born and raised in Madison, Connecticut, he transferred from Penn State to play two seasons at Kentucky. Levis hails from an athletic family. Alva Kelley, his great-grandfather, was an All-America football player for Cornell University who captured the 1939 National Championship.
