The Detroit Lions have their work cut out for them this weekend against rising superstar Jayden Daniels and the Washington Commanders at Ford Field, with defensive coordinator Aaron Glenn in the spotlight amid head coaching interviews. On Wednesday, Glenn sent a loud-and-clear message to NFL general managers and Detroit Lions fans alike as he revealed his mindset heading into Saturday’s game, as well as illuminating thoughts on the potential of becoming the head man of another team after Detroit’s playoff run is over and done. Glenn, who has 15 years of experience as a player and nearly a decade of experience as a position coach or coordinator, made the statement in a press conference recently.
“I think the one thing that I get out of all my interviews is, I’m going to be myself, and either you like it or you don’t,” Glenn said recently in regards to head coaching interviews. Glenn’s bold and defiant attitude culminated in the Lions’ defensive coordinator sharing thoughts on a possible return to the Motor City next season.
