In an emotional post, Woods wrote, “It is with heartfelt sadness that I want to share that my dear mother, Kultida Woods, passed away early this morning.” He went on to describe his mother as a “force of nature,” acknowledging her undeniable spirit and quick wit. Woods fondly remembered how she was his biggest fan and supporter, crediting her as a crucial part of his success both on and off the course.
“She was my biggest fan, greatest supporter, without her none of my personal achievements would have been possible,” Woods shared in his tribute. “She was loved by so many, but especially by her two grandchildren, Sam and Charlie.”
