Michigan football has added a pair of future non-conference games to it schedule, and the opponent won’t have to travel far.

The Wolverines recently inked a deal to bring Eastern Michigan to Michigan Stadium in 2027 and 2030, it was announced Wednesday. Terms of the agreement were not immediately disclosed.

The first game will be played on Sept. 18, 2027, in Ann Arbor, wrapping up Michigan’s non-conference slate that includes games against Buffalo and at Texas. The EMU game will mark the first between Michigan and the Mid-American Conference school from nearby Ypsilanti since 2011.

The second game, set for Sept. 7, 2030, is the first non-conference tilt set for Michigan’s 2030 schedule.

The Wolverines’ three-game non-conference schedule is now set for the 2025, ‘26 and ‘27 seasons, highlighted by a home-and-home with SEC newcomer Oklahoma and home games against the two other in-state MAC schools, Central Michigan and Western Michigan.
