The Miami Heat are among the potential trade destinations for Chicago Bulls guard Zach LaVine.
Despite the Miami Heat reportedly not willing to pursue Chicago Bulls guard Zach LaVine, there will always remain speculation.
Oddsmaker Adam Thompson of Bookies.com listed the Heat as having the best chance to land LaVine this season. The Bulls and LaVine are expected to part ways at some point.
The Philadelphia 76ers and Los Angeles Lakers are also among the teams interested.
“None of LaVine’s hand-selected teams can make any such move without giving up nearly as much salary back to the Bulls,” Thompson wrote. The Heat have the best chance of making it work if the Bulls would take on Kyle Lowry and his $30M deal that expires after this season.”
The Heat have no interest in acquiring LaVine according to a report last month in the Miami Herald. Lavine recently addressed the trade rumors.
“I’ve been in trade talks for a long time,” LaVine said. “So I understand the situation. Once news is always broken, it’s a big thing. It’s not like this is the first and the last time it’s going to happen with my name. As of right now, I’m still excited to put this jersey on.
