“He’s got both sides of the game,” Millwall manager stated  player’s potential following outstanding performance against Sunderland.

The 19-year-old not only assisted on the goal but also showed danger all through his most comprehensive performance as a Lions player to date.

Following Brooke Norton-Cuffy’s outstanding performance against Sunderland, Joe Edwards expressed his optimism for the 19-year-old’s future.

The man of the match honours went to the Arsenal loanee in Saturday’s 1-1 draw with Sunderland.

He sent a fantastic cross to assist Kevin Nisbet’s goal, and in his most comprehensive performance wearing a Millwall jersey to yet, he continued to pose a threat.

Norton-Cuffy was again moved forward to a more advanced wide position with Ryan Leonard taking up his regular right-back position.

I did, in fact, talk to Adam Lallana, the Brighton midfielder who has been supporting England’s Under-21 team, and Ashley Cole, the assistant coach for the England Under-21 team, when he departed with England, about what I saw in the first week and how they might support him while he was gone. However, he is unquestionably a promising talent who is entertaining.

Because of his inherent defensive abilities, you can utilise him as a classic right-back in a back four, which is probably what he would want to play and what he aspires to be when he plays for a longer time.

“Yeah, definitely, I think it’s always important,” he replied. Working at organisations where we have leased players out, I have experienced the opposite of that. While Brooke is with us, it’s crucial that he feels like a Millwall player and fully immerses himself in our work. However, it’s also critical that we are in agreement with Arsenal’s years of preparation and growth plan.

Additionally, with England. My close friend Ashley Cole is speaking to Adam Lallana, who I know is speaking to Brooke at Engand. Therefore, we will connect and communicate if it is in everyone’s best interests to do so for Brooke’s growth.
After the match, Millwall made it clear that Norton-Cuffy had fulfilled the loan requirement of making a certain number of starts for his loan club, meaning Arsenal would not be able to summon him back in January.
