The Tennessee Titans, who fired head coach Mike Vrabel last week, are said to have already decided on the makeup of their new administration and are considering copying the organisational design of another prosperous team.

According to ESPN’s Turron Davenport, general manager of the Titans Ran Carthon hopes to implement the same procedure he was taught while working in the front office of the San Francisco 49ers.

“For the past seven years, the San Francisco 49ers under general manager John Lynch and coach Kyle Shanahan have employed a collaborative approach that the Titans would like to adopt. During six of those years, Carthon served in the capacities of director of player personnel and director of pro personnel. Carthon was hired by the Titans from the 49ers in part because of that ambition, according to Davenport.

In addition to working with Carthon, Davenport stated that the new head coach of Tennessee would also be required to engage with assistant general managers Anthony Robinson and Chad Brinker, who are “charged with the evolution of the analytics department.”

The Titans aren’t searching for an offensive or defensive specialist; instead, they have a long list of ten individuals for whom they have requested interviews. Tennessee’s next head coach should possess the qualities listed below, according to team owner Amy Adams Strunk.

“It’s important to find someone that brings in a lot of diverse ideas and fresh perspectives,” Adams Strunk stated. “That’s the most important thing in a new head coach.”
